By providing your contact information, scheduling an appointment, or otherwise receiving our appointment confirmations, reminders, or promotional messages (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

MetTech sends (1) appointment confirmations and reminders, and/or (2) marketing or promotional content via email, SMS, voice, or similar channels. The Services may include hyperlinks, special offers, or third-party content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if you reside in a jurisdiction where receipt of such communications is unlawful.

4. Your Responsibilities

Accurate Information — You warrant that the contact details you provide are accurate, current, and yours.Consent to Communications — By supplying a phone number or email, you consent to receive automated or non-automated communications for the stated purposes. For SMS, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.Prohibited Use — You will not:interfere with, disrupt, or overload our systems;use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;attempt to access or scrape data other than your own.

5. Fees & Carrier Charges

We do not charge a fee to send appointment or promotional messages, but your carrier’s standard messaging or data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for such charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content we supply—text, images, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to MetTech and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and interact with the content solely for the intended purpose of the Services.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our

8. Third-Party Links & Content

Links or references to third-party sites or offers are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that messages will be delivered without delay, error, or security breaches. Where disclaimers are prohibited, they shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MetTech and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MetTech, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, Sections 6–14 survive.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the contact details you have provided or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
